First time applications: $1,245.00 ($750 preparation fee and $495 for the USCIS filing fee)

I will send you a questionnaire and a checklist. The questionnaire will ensure you are eligible. The checklist will detail all of the evidence you require to apply.
Once you have determined you are eligible and can gather all of the evidence required, you will need to make an appointment to complete applications and so that i may collect the supporting documentation.
You will be asked to bring evidence of presence from June 2007 until the present date (13 years and counting). If you are missing a year, we will discuss options of secondary evidence.
You will then be provided with a tracking number so you can track the status of your filing when your application is sent.
USCIS will issue a receipt, a fingerprint appointment and if approved, you will receive Employment Authorization good for 2 years.
This will enable you to get a valid social security number and an identification card from the DMV.
The process takes many months but it is highly recommended that you apply as soon as possible.
